How can you "read" my energy?I have spent years professionally training and developing my Intuitive senses of Clairvoyance (clear-seeing), Clairaudience (clear-hearing) and Claircognizance (clear-knowing). I am able to "read" the subtle energy of your spirit, chakra's, body, as well as the energy around your career, relationships and life path (with your permission)!

How is this a "Healing" session?I am a Certified Reiki 2 practitioner. So, in addition to using my Clairvoyance to witness and clear your energy, I also incorporate Reiki to assist in gently calming and renewing your natural energy. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

Does this reading include any "past lives"?I am focused on looking at the current energy direction of your life and most importantly - THE FUTURE - or as I like to describe it - what is coming up ahead for you given the current direction of things, and how to best set you up for success from the moment our session begins. But, if you'd like to look at the energy of a past life you can request that after booking on the pre-session form.

Does this reading include connecting with loved ones who have passed on?It is possible that during your session I will receive messages from someone in your life who is no longer "earth side" but wants to connect with you. This can be incredibly healing and helpful. If you have someone in mind who has passed on that you would like to connect with - you can request this on the Pre-Session Booking Form.

What happens when I click the "Book Now" button?Once you click the button to book you will be taken to my personal scheduler where you can select your preferred session date and time, and enter your payment details. Once this step is complete -you will receive a confirmation and payment receipt email, along with the Zoom Link for our call. You will also receive a 24 hour session email reminder and a (1) hour session email reminder for your convenience :)

How should I prepare for the reading?Prior to your session it is helpful if you take a few minutes to ground and quiet your mind. The calmer and clearer your energy is - the easier it is for me to read! It can be helpful for you to come to the session with specific questions, especially for the Coaching Q&A. During the session it is best not to take notes or be distracted - but know that I will send you a recording of your session as well as a detailed follow up email afterwards, for you to review and take notes at your leisure :)
